18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on Haijiaolove (the “Site”) were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
1. Content Production Exemption Haijiaolove operates as a content aggregator, internet service provider (ISP), and/or a platform for third-party submissions. We are not the primary producer of the visual depictions contained on this Site. The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 are maintained by the respective primary producers of the content.
2. 47 U.S.C. § 230 Protection To the extent that this Site hosts user-generated content or content provided by third-party affiliates, Haijiaolove is an interactive computer service provider as defined by the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), and therefore is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.
3. Strict Compliance Policy We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any visual depictions of minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We do not permit, encourage, or tolerate the posting of any illegal content. If you are aware of any content on our Site that you believe features an individual under the age of 18, or if you suspect any violation of our policies, you must report it to us immediately so we can take swift takedown action.
